Tiger 131 Model Builder's Cutting Mat
Tiger 131 was captured in Tunisia by British forces during World War II and is the only running Tiger I tank left in the world. Now you can have 131 on your bench! Well, not the actual tank. That's at the Bovington Tank Museum in the UK and most likely too heavy for most modeling benches. This fantastic model builder's mat produced in collaboration with the museum is much lighter and easier to work on!
- Designed for scale model builders
- 3mm thick heavy-duty 3 layer construction
- Self-healing material
- Measures 18x24 inches (about 46x61 cm)
- Inch grid with centimeter border
- Dunkelgelb with black print
- It just looks better on the bench!
A small percentage of each mat purchase is donated to the Tank Museum. You can help out even more by visiting the Museum's website and clicking on the Supporters link.
IMPORTANT INFO: Store your mat flat out of direct sunlight. Keep away from extreme hot and cold temperatures. Avoid making repeated cuts in the same location. While the PVC material is resistant to most chemicals used in modelling, spills of thinners, glues or paints will most likely smudge the print.
