I am pleased with the P-47 Thunderbolt cutting mat. I purchased the M4 Sherman last year and was happy with it so I bought another since I do modeling in two places in my home.
The only draw back is the USPS. It took about three weeks to come from Florida. You can’t trust the mail service anymore for timely delivery.

Bought this cutting mat as a Christmas gift for my daughter, so it hasn't been "christened" yet. She made sure her first solo apartment had a hobby space and loved the idea of having such a unique cutting/work mat for it. The P-47 has long been a favorite of hers, so the choice of mat was easy. The mat looks great and she is going to love it. As soon as I get my domestic act together, I plan on buying another one for myself-- I just have to decide on my favorite design!

This mat is very thick and worth every penny. The graphics are very nice and accurate to the aircraft depicted on them. I also bought the Spitfire version and the glue holder that i highly recommend.

I have been thinking about adding a Tankcraft cutting matt because I like the engineering drawing look. I was on the fence due price point and "subject" choice but a promo code via Sprues and Brews you tube channel was enough to coax me off the fence. It was shipped promptly and flat, looks good and works like it should. I'm sure it would look and work much better with a submarine pictured on it!

I like it but the only downside is that the ink will smear and I think it would be nice if there was a protective layer over the art.

I saw this mat and decided my old olfa mat had served me long enough. I love how big this mat is and the P-47 looks great. The mat absorbs cuts really nicely as well.

The mat arrived quickly from the UK distributor. It fits my workspace very well and and has upgraded the whole look of my modelling area. It also works perfectly in its primary role of being a great cutting mat and keeps the desk (and blade) safe when cutting things like masking tape.

I really enjoy my new Tankcraft (cutting) Matt. It fits nicely on my limited space crafting table. I really like the fact that im always looking at a P51 aircraft while im writing a letter, or water coloring an ocean scene, maybe just building a 1/35 scale model of a P51.
